its not a baracuda its a billy's pea-shooter produced by 24/7 and no u dont need the chain tensioner its a load of wank i cut mine off u only need small bit as it keeps your crank protected from shit and mud and all that i have the usa Race Team chaint tensioner's still with them bolts but i dont have the upper half of the chain tensioner
